Acceptance of terms

By using Pulse, you agree to use the product responsibly and respect source usage policies. Automated access is rate limited to protect source stability. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Pulse.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions.
• Only add sources you have permission to monitor or that are publicly available.
• Do not use Pulse to scrape, republish, or redistribute proprietary content without authorization.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Service availability

Availability is provided on a best-effort basis in Phase 1. We may update features, pricing, or limits as the system evolves. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Intellectual property

Pulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the topics, sources, and reports you create.

User content

You are responsible for the content you add to Pulse, including topics and sources. You represent that you have the right to monitor the sources you add. Pulse is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content from external sources.

Limitation of liability

Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate jurisdiction.
